These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission, payment, publication, and management of guest posts on BurningCompass (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Website”). By submitting a guest post or completing payment, you (“Author,” “Contributor,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Only registered and logged-in users may submit guest posts.
- Each guest post must be authored by the logged-in user submitting the post.
- One payment applies to one post only.
2. Content Requirements & Ownership
2.1 AI-Generated Content Requirement
- All guest post content must not be AI-generated.
- Submissions, copied from other websites, spun content, or plagiarized content are not allowed.
- The Author confirms that the content:
- Is not generated using AI tools
- Is original and unique
- Has not been previously published elsewhere
- Should pass plagiarism test.
BurningCompass reserves the right to reject, unpublish, or remove any post that is found to be manually written, plagiarized, or copied, without refund.
2.2 Content Rights
- By submitting a guest post, the Author grants BurningCompass a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute the content.
- BurningCompass may edit formatting, headings, images, and internal links for quality and consistency without changing the core meaning.
3. External Links Policy
3.1 Maximum Links
- A guest post may contain a maximum of three (3) external links.
- Internal links to BurningCompass domains are free and unlimited.
3.2 Single-Domain Rule
- If two (2) or three (3) external links are included, all must point to the same domain.
- Multiple links to the same URL or same domain are permitted.
3.3 Prohibited Niches
Guest posts must not contain links or references related to:
- Gambling, betting, casinos
- Adult, pornographic, escort, or sexual content
- Drugs, cannabis, CBD, or similar substances
- Cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokens, blockchain promotions
- Forex, binary options, payday loans, or similar high-risk niches
Violation results in rejection without refund.
4. Pricing & Payment (USD)
Pricing is based on the number of unique external domains linked:

- More than 3 external links are not permitted
- Payments are one-time only, per post
Lifetime Pricing Clause
These prices are lifetime prices, valid for the entire duration that the guest post remains published on the BurningCompass domain, as long as the domain exists and remains operational.
No renewal or recurring fees apply.
5. Link Attributes
- All external hyperlinks are published with rel=”nofollow”
- This attribute cannot be removed or modified
- No other link attributes are added unless required by law
6. Review & Publication
- Posts are published automatically after successful payment and validation
- BurningCompass reserves the right to delay or reject publication if Terms are violated
7. Editing & Post Locking
- Once payment is completed and the post is published:
- All edits are locked
- Title, content, and links cannot be changed

8. Drafts & Validation Errors
- If a post fails validation (for example:
- too many links,
- forbidden niche,
- multiple domains), the Author may return to the editor, modify the content, and resubmit.
- Drafts remain saved and accessible to the Author.
9. Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable
- Refunds are not provided for:
- Policy violations
- Rejected or removed posts
- Author errors in content or links
10. Removal of Posts
BurningCompass may remove or unpublish any guest post if:
- Required by law
- Linked domains become harmful or deceptive
- Content is later found to violate these Terms
Removal does not entitle the Author to a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
BurningCompass does not guarantee:
- Search engine rankings
- Traffic, impressions, or SEO outcomes
- Indexing by search engines
12. Modifications
BurningCompass may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
